PLEASE ENSURE THAT YOU HAVE READ OUR TERMS AND CONDITIONS AND AGREE BEFORE PURCHASE OUR ITEMS!
1. Goods sold are non-refundable. (unless items given wrongly)
2. We do not accept any reason for refund or exchange (colour not good, size not fix, quality not good.....) We will check our items before selling.
3. Clothes colour might show different in different computer.
4. No negotiation. All price are fix.
5. Pre-order need more time for delivery. Normally 15-20days. If any problems will inform you.
6. Every price shown is not included postage.
7. Please make sure you make the payment within 3 days after we confirm the availability of product for you. If we can't get the payment within 3 days, orders will be cancel unless inform earlier.
8. After made payment or order, cancel or refund is not acceptable.
9. Please inform us once you get the products.
10. Every item shown are limited.
11. We will not get same item unless people request.
12. Snowflower fashion world reserves the right to add, delete or amend any of these terms and conditions at any time.

如有不便指出，请多多谅解哦
1. 货物出门，恕不退换 （除非发错货，如果是发错货，会有补偿）
2. 不接受颜色不好，质感不好，尺寸不对，布质不好等理由要求换或退款
*我们都会确认质量和检查所有货物的瑕疵
3. 因为，每家computer都不一样，所以颜色方面可能会有些不一样哦~
4. 不接受议价，因为我们都是薄利多销，价钱已经尽量放最便宜了
5. 如果是预购是需要等的哦~普通上是需要15-20天，如果海关那里有问题，我们会通知顾客们的
6. 所有价钱不包含邮费，邮费另计
7. 请在下订购单7日内把款项100%汇给我们，如果7日后还收不到款项，订购单将自动作废。若您还想订购需另填多一份订购单 （除非已通知我们）
8. 下订购单或汇款后，不接受取消订购或更改。
9. 请在收到货物后留言，信息或pm我们报平安哦！
10. 所有款式每种颜色有限，所以要买要快哦！
11. 除非某种款式非常受欢迎，否则我们不会再进同款的货
